Renovation of a Renaissance city house in a historical reservation featuring the classic style in Jihlava, “mazhaus” (great hall). During the renovation, we’ve discovered beautiful wall paintings dated to a period ranging from the Renaissance to the Art Nouveau era. Another important part of the building is a stunning gateway from 1507. We made sure to preserve most of the authentic elements during our reconstruction, including the classicist facade. There’s also a new wooden atelier built upon the former courtyard wing. The entire area currently serves as an office building and it also has one flat.
